Support that connects insight with everyday action.

Mental-health and community experience

Experience alongside adolescent and young-adult treatment teams, plus community-based work where clients practice useful skills in everyday life.

Executive function and healthy habits

Practical support for organization, task initiation, follow-through, emotional awareness, sleep, movement, routines, and growing independence.

Evidence-informed coaching

A strengths-based approach drawing from motivational interviewing, mindfulness, behavior-change science, and collaborative goal setting.

Who Hannah supports

Young people navigating complex challenges—and families looking for a clearer path forward.

Hannah has experience supporting people living with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, and substance-use challenges. Coaching does not diagnose or treat these conditions. It supports routines, self-awareness, healthy habits, accountability, and follow-through alongside appropriate clinical care.

Working alongside clinical care

Hannah can help clients use provider-recommended tools between appointments. She does not provide psychotherapy, medical treatment, or nutrition treatment.
